New Found Friends?!

Ashlee Simpson (who is thinking of following in Madonna's footsteps and dropping the "Simpson"...Um...Madonna and Ashlee not really on the same page artistically)and Fergie were seen leaving Mr. Chow's together...I wonder how they became friends, maybe they met in the plastic surgeon's waiting room?
