Well...She is Mentally handicapped

Paris is under the impression that she can do whatever she wants. She even thinks that she can get away with dating Matt Leinart after telling us that she WASN'T dating him...How does she get caught?! Um, by calling major attention to herself by repeatedly parking in the handicap parking spaces in his apartment complex. Now, does she do it because she has come to the realization that she is mentally handicapped and thinks she should be allowed...Or because no one was paying attention to her little romance?!
