I don't think she is pregnant anymore....Because she is looking better and better everyday, and we all know the downward spiral that she went through last time she was pregnant. So....Could it be that she learned her lesson, you suggest?! Um...She is still with Kevin isn't she, clearly this girl doesn't know how to learn a lesson!
