Talan shocked me last week on Laguna Beach: The Real OC in his attempt to sing, but now this outfit is really topping it! And how come Ryan and Talan are such good friends?? I mean he even pranked him on Z100's Phone Taps...Weird! Anyways, enjoy the ridiculousness!
