Carey's TV show in Germany when she flashed the audience after her dress fell apart. Luckily floor managers cut the lights immediately and let her pull herself back together. Carey bounced back and was able to joke about the situation stating, "Someone bring me a jacket or the show's off, we all know how quickly these images can spread around the world."
