Hillary Swank and Chad Lowe Split?

Allegedly after 8 years of marriage Hillary and Chad have decided to call it quits as was announced in a statement Monday by her publicist, Troy Nankin. They have decided to separate, but they are hopeful that they can work through it.

Apparently, Chad and Hillary didn't get my, NO MORE DIVORCES IN 2006, ONLY ENGAGEMENTS memo. Lets hope they can work through this, I'm actually totally caught off guard by this!
