No...Not Jess and Nick (unfortunately) but DJ AM and Nicole Ritchie. The two were seen spending new years together. (left) Apparently the two never called off their engagement to begin with, the just decided to slow things down. I am sure with her whole dress not fitting anymore and everyone accusing her of having an eating disorder that the two just needed some time apart from the media. Nicole has been telling friends that their break-up was over a huge misunderstanding and an over-reaction.
