Katie Couric to Leave Today Show TODAY

This morning Katie Couric announced that today would be her last day on the Today Show. Today isn't just any day either...Today is her 15th anniversary on the Today Show, so if it wasn't so expected that she was leaving I'm sure everyone would be met with shock and dismay. We weren't though!

Who is set to replace her? No word yet, but the running candidates are: Meredith Vieira from The View (who will probably replace her), Campbell Brown the weekend anchor of Today, reporter Natalie Morales and news reader Ann Curry. I personally think that they should hire a MTV VJ, I mean they are talented right?!!
